About AFSCME Care Plan

by | Oct 16, 2016

The Ohio AFSCME Care Plan offers local unions and employers a cost effective way to negotiate expanded ancillary benefits as part of their collective bargaining agreement.

These ancillary services include dental, hearing, prescription, vision, and life insurance coverage, along with legal plans and employee assistance programs.  These plans are fully employer paid.  These are negotiated benefits, not available for purchase.

Care Plan staff have the expertise to evaluate current benefits and advise on money saving and value-added strategies to provide more options for union members and their families.
